It wasnt even over anything important just a reason why the sections in such a bad state after all the years of being overworked. Just [...]

Hmmm…a thread on AN has just gave me the urge to start cooking properly again.
I want to make pizza’s from scratch. My only problem before was I could never make the dough very well so was always stuck with the premade bases you get in supermarkets which are crap to begin with but at least [...]

Hegemony or Survival : America’s Quest for Global Dominance - Noam Chomsky ">Hegemony or Survival : America’s Quest for Global Dominance - Noam Chomsky
A proper book for once!!
This book should have been 5 times as thick as it actually is. Every sentence says something without any padding or background to it so you really have to work hard to follow it. As Vonnie said dont be reading it just before you go to bed. I’m going to have [...]

Walking to work this morning I was listening to a new George Carlin gig on my MP3 player when I burst out laughing int he middle of the street. Now for most folk passing by me it must have came totally out of the blue as they probably wouldnt have seen my headphones.
I’ll paraphrase this [...]

And I thought FRAG’s were something to do with FPS’s
It was just one of those days yesterday where very little would go right and if it did it wasn’t without its hurdles.
Turned up at work for some OT and the network in my office was down. Moved to another office and we couldnt print for ages because the spooler wouldnt recognise us. Then i [...]

Napalm and Silly Putty - George Carlin (Audiobook Version)">Napalm and Silly Putty - George Carlin (Audiobook Version)
OK im cheating a little with this one and I will do so with a few others as well. Audiobooks are really easy for me to ‘read’ when its damn cold outside and I dont have decent gloves that I can turn the pages of a book with.
