In a normal reporting year a normal person in my work would usually have 1 maybe 2 bosses (if jobs had been moved around) who would write a report on you and 1 or 2 (again withthe jobs) countersigning folk ie my bosses boss making sure everythings above board and putting in their own 2p [...]
