So yeah…got my first driving lesson under my belt.

I’m going to soil a few pairs of boxers before I’m through with this I can tell. Basically I did ‘the usual’. I was driven up to the industrial estate, talked around the car, made to drive in a straight line a few times, then did figure 8′s in a car park while the instructor stuck his foot on the accelerator.

Not nearly as bad as I thought it would be but still terrifying. Knowing I’m only going 13 miles per hour and the guy flying up my arse is doing at least 40 mph is a bit worrying
