Happy Birthday to you tomorrow!
It’s my works 25th anniversary tomorrow or rather its the anniversary of the building being opened rather than 25 years of DFID (we’re only something like 9 years old but we’ve been going in one shape or form all this time).

Friday I was feeling alot better. Still absolutely no energy mind you but far better. To illustrate just how crap my body was the walk from the house to teh bus stop opposite the Calderwood shops carrying sausage in the carrycase almost killed me. My arms felt as if they were going to fall off.
