Pasta and Sausage Bake
Serves 6
400g pork sausages
1 tbsp olive oil
1 Onion, chopped
1 large carrot, grated
150ml red wine
300ml veg stock
3 tbsp tomato puree
50g butter
50g plain flour
600ml milk
Grated nutmeg
500g pasta, preferably some type of tube
200g fresh spinach
140g mature cheddar, grated
