I know I struggled on saturday but I’d forgotten how good a sense of achievement made you feel sometimes.

Today and most of last night i’ve been ill. I don’ t know if its something I’ve ate or a carryover from all the midge bites but I feel like shit. My kidneys are sore and lets just say trips to the toilet are interesting. I’ll see how I am today and if it doesnt go away its a trip to the docs I think.
