Mojito Cupcakes

With a recipe blatantly stolen from here which in turn was blatantly stolen from here I threw these together last night.
Not quite what I was expecting but they are nice, Vonnie can’t stand them. Think I may have overdone the mint in the batter mix though 
I’ll post up the recipe I used as I messed about with it as I don’t actually understand American cup measurements :S
